¡Hola gente! ¿Qué tal? Quiero que estés bien. Ahora estoy en un tren y yendo a la playa. De repente estoy empezando a pensar como he perdido mucho peso. No es ocurrió en el momento pero no trabajó mucho para perder pesos tampoco.  Vamos voy a cantar como perdió diez pesos (si es verdad) en seis meses (es verdad también)  Yo lo sé. Es sonido como un chiste pero es verdad. La duración estaba largo. Porque no tenía ningún intento al principio. Siempre he querido perder pesos en mi vida siempre. Sin embargo lo sabía que no es saludable. No pude correr, no pude caminar..  Mi situación no estaba tan mal. No me gustaba mi mismo.  Un día como los días antes decidí a seguir una dieta. Y bum!
